Shipping & Delivery
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Most of the items we sell are in stock however there are times that we will be out of stock and this may cause a delay. If the item you order is out of stock we will notify you by email the expected processing time to the email address used to create your account. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Please note that if you provide an incorrect address and the product is returned to our warehouse additional shipping charges may be imposed to reship the item to you.

Information We Collect
We collect personal information about you to deliver the products and services you request and to help improve your shopping experience. We do this using lawful and fair methods. We strive to limit the amount of personal information collected to support the intended purpose of the collection.

Information You Give Us
We collect personal information from you in a variety of ways when you interact with us. Some examples are when you:


  • Create an account on one of our websites;
  • Make an online purchase from us;
  • Use a gift registry;
  • Request customer service or contact us;
  • Participate in a contest, sweepstake, promotion, or survey; or
  • Otherwise submit personal information to us.

Personal information is information that identifies you specifically. The personal information we collect may include contact and payment information like your name, email and physical addresses, phone numbers, and credit and debit card numbers. When you ask us to ship an order, we may collect information you provide us such as the name, address, and phone number of recipients.
Information from Other Sources
We may receive personal information about you from other sources as well. Examples of these sources are entities that can help us correct our records, improve the quality or personalization of our service to you, and help prevent or detect fraud.

Automated Information Collection
We receive and store certain types of information when you interact with our websites, emails, and online advertising. Our purpose is to allow the websites to work correctly, to evaluate use of the website, and to support website analytics and marketing campaigns. Some examples include:


  • We may collect technical information such as your internet protocol address, your computer’s operating system and browser type, the address of a referring website, if any, and the path you take through our web pages.
  • We use “cookies” to recognize you as you use or return to our sites. This is done so that we can provide a continuous and more personalized shopping experience for you. A cookie is a small text file that a website or email may save to your browser and store on your hard drive.
  • We may also use web beacons. Beacons allow us to know if a certain page was visited, an email was opened, or if ad banners on our website and other sites were effective.

How We Secure Your Information
Securing your information is a company priority. We use security measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information. When we do have to collect your most private personal information, we will protect its confidentiality, prohibit its unlawful disclosure, and limit access to authorized personnel only.

Online Protections
Your account information is protected by the password you use to access your online account. Please keep this password confidential. We also use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). If your browser is capable of SSL (and most are), your account information will be protected during transport across the Internet. When you enter a secure portion of a website, which is any page containing any of your account information, an image of a closed lock or a solid key should appear in the bottom bar of your browser window. If you click on this image, a small pop-up window displaying website security information will appear. This certificate indicates that your personal information is transmitted in encrypted form to our web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server.


Hard Copy and Electronic Storage Protections
Personal information that is maintained in our offices or stores is subject to physical, administrative, and technical controls as well. Hard copies of private information are maintained in locked locations or cabinets with similar restrictions for electronic storage of private information. When disposed of, the information is shredded, destroyed, erased, or otherwise made unreadable.



Returns & Replacements
Returns will be accepted no later than 30 days after delivery under the following conditions.
  • Defective items will be replaced for you at no additional charge if reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item? If the item you ordered is a regular stocking item you can return it withing 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and you are responsible for return shipping charges. The original shipping from us to you is non-refundable.
  • Special order items are not able to be returned at this time.
Please use the contact us link located at the bottom of every page and let us know your order number, name and the the reason for return. One of our customer service agents will respond with return instructions. Please note if you return an item without a return authorization number your refund will be delayed and a restocking fee of up to 50% may be imposed or your return may be denied and no refund will be issued.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include:
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you placed your order using a Gift Card, eGift Card or Paypal, we will issue a credit to your account which should post within 10 business days.


If you used a credit card, debit or check card, your financial institution authorized the payment and placed a hold on your account at the time you placed your order. This authorization hold temporarily decreases your available funds. However, your account is not actually billed until the order ships, so if the order is cancelled and does not ship, the hold will expire in accordance to the timeframe set by your financial institution.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment by credit, debit or check card:
The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is actually charged when your order ships. Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution. All specail order items require immediate payment due to our agreements with the manufacturers.

Payment by Gift Card, eGift Card or Paypal®
The money is deducted at the time you place your order.


Viewing Orders
After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email at the time your order (or a portion of it) is shipped. Most, but not all, orders can be tracked during shipping. You can log into your account anytime to check the status of your order.
